Welcome to HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC ("HOUSE 1 OF 1," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of house1of1.com, your purchase of products, tickets, gift cards, and reservations, and your participation in any HOUSE 1 OF 1 experience.

By accessing our website, purchasing a ticket, booking an experience, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

1. Our Experiences

HOUSE 1 OF 1 is New York's Hospitality House and proudly offers experiences including, but not limited to:

• Cake & Sip NYC
• Makeup & Sip NYC
• HOUSE 1 OF 1 Supper Club
• Private Events
• Corporate Events
• Merchandise
• Gift Cards
• Future experiences and services

All experiences are subject to availability.

2. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend our experiences.

Valid government-issued identification may be required.

HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC reserves the right to deny admission to anyone who does not meet age requirements or cannot provide valid identification when requested.

3. Tickets & Reservations

All purchases are subject to availability and acceptance.

A reservation is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order or reservation at our sole discretion.

4. Payments

Payment must be completed using one of the accepted payment methods available during checkout.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise fails, your reservation or order may be cancelled without notice.

Guests are responsible for ensuring their billing information is accurate.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final.

Tickets, reservations, deposits, products, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly approved by HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC.

Refunds, credits, exchanges, or date changes will not be provided due to:

• Scheduling conflicts
• Illness
• Weather
• Transportation issues
• Late arrival
• No-shows
• Change of mind
• Failure to read event details

6. Event Changes

Occasionally, event details may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC reserves the right to modify:

• Event dates
• Times
• Venues
• Menus
• Instructors
• Hosts
• Entertainment
• Activities

When possible, guests will be notified of significant changes.

7. Guest Conduct

We strive to create a welcoming environment for every guest.

HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, threatening, intoxicated, discriminatory, or otherwise unsafe.

Guests removed from an experience will not receive a refund.

8. Food, Alcohol & Allergies

Certain experiences may include food or alcoholic beverages.

Guests are responsible for disclosing dietary restrictions or allergies before attending.

While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Guests who choose to consume alcohol do so responsibly and at their own risk.

9. Photography & Videography

Photography, videography, and audio recording may occur during our experiences.

By attending a HOUSE 1 OF 1 experience, you grant HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC permission to photograph, film, record, and use your likeness, image, voice, appearance, and statements for advertising, marketing, promotional, editorial, educational, social media, website, print, and commercial purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.

If you prefer not to appear in promotional content, please notify a member of our team before the experience begins. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in group photos or videos.

10. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on our website and at our experiences, including logos, branding, photographs, graphics, videos, menus, recipes, written materials, event concepts, and designs, is the property of HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Participation in our experiences is voluntary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in our Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific reservation, ticket, or product giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Force Majeure

HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, labor disputes, utility outages, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting to house1of1.com.

Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in New York.
