Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 2, 2026

At HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC ("HOUSE 1 OF 1," "we," "our," or "us"), we carefully plan and prepare each experience, private event, reservation, and product. Because of the nature of our business, all sales are subject to the following policy.

By placing an order, purchasing a ticket, reserving an experience, booking a private event, or purchasing merchandise or gift cards through house1of1.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC, all sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Cake & Sip NYC tickets
  • Makeup & Sip NYC tickets
  • HOUSE 1 OF 1 Supper Club reservations
  • Private event deposits and payments
  • Merchandise
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Classes
  • Workshops
  • Special events
  • Pop-up experiences
  • Future products and experiences offered by HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC

No refunds, exchanges, credits, or transfers will be provided except where required by law or where HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC expressly agrees in writing.

Tickets & Reservations

All event tickets and reservations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

Once payment has been successfully processed, your reservation is considered final.

Refunds, credits, exchanges, or date changes will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Travel delays
  • Transportation issues
  • Illness or injury
  • Family emergencies
  • Work obligations
  • Weather affecting your personal travel
  • Late arrival
  • No-shows
  • Failure to read event details
  • Failure to provide required information
  • Change of mind

Failure to attend an experience does not create eligibility for a refund, credit, or future booking.

Private Events

Deposits paid for private events are non-refundable.

Payments made toward private events are non-refundable unless HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC agrees otherwise in writing.

Any approved exception does not establish a precedent for future requests.

Merchandise

Unless otherwise required by law, merchandise is not eligible for return or refund if:

  • It has been used
  • It has been worn
  • It has been damaged after delivery
  • It has been customized or personalized
  • It was made to order
  • It was purchased as a final sale item

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must notify HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order information so we can review the issue.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash (except where required by law), and may not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Event Changes

HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC reserves the right to modify event dates, times, venues, menus, instructors, entertainers, performers, or experience details when necessary.

Reasonable substitutions or operational changes do not entitle guests to a refund.

Cancellations by HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC

If HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC cancels an experience for reasons within our control, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Reschedule the experience,
  • Issue a credit toward a future experience, or
  • Provide another remedy that we determine is appropriate.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC for the affected reservation.

HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC is not responsible for incidental expenses incurred by guests, including transportation, parking, hotels, airfare, rideshare services, meals, childcare, or lost wages.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By submitting payment, you represent that you are the authorized user of the payment method used for the transaction and authorize HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC to process your purchase.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC reserves the right to submit documentation supporting the validity of the transaction. This documentation may include, where applicable:

  • Your agreement to our Terms & Conditions and this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Order confirmations
  • Booking confirmations
  • Attendance records
  • Communications regarding your purchase
  • Delivery or fulfillment records
  • Website checkout records
  • Other relevant business records

Fraudulent or knowingly false chargebacks may result in cancellation of future reservations or purchases and any other remedies available under applicable law.
