Private Event Agreement

HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC

Private Event Agreement

Effective Date: July 2, 2026

This Private Event Agreement ("Agreement") governs all private event bookings with HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC ("HOUSE 1 OF 1," "we," "our," or "us"). By booking a private event, submitting a deposit, signing a proposal, or making payment, the Client ("you" or "your") agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking Your Event

A private event is not considered confirmed until:

  • A booking proposal or invoice has been accepted (when applicable).
  • The required deposit has been received.
  • HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC confirms your reservation.

Event dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

The remaining balance must be paid by the due date listed on your invoice or proposal.

Failure to complete payment by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of the deposit.

3. Guest Count

The final guest count must be submitted by the deadline provided by HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC.

Once confirmed, guest counts may not be reduced.

Additional guests may be accommodated only if space, staffing, and materials are available and additional payment is received.

4. Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable.

Payments made toward a private event are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing by HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC.

If HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC must cancel an event due to circumstances within our control, we may offer a rescheduled date or another appropriate remedy at our discretion.

5. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule are not guaranteed.

If HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC approves a rescheduled date, additional fees or pricing adjustments may apply based on availability and current pricing.

6. Arrival & Event Timing

Clients and guests are expected to arrive on time.

Late arrivals may shorten the experience, and the scheduled end time will generally remain unchanged.

Additional time may be available only if approved in advance and may be subject to overtime fees.

7. Food & Beverage

Certain experiences include food and beverages.

Clients are responsible for informing HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or food sensitivities before the event.

While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

8. Alcohol

Alcohol may be served at select experiences where permitted.

Guests are expected to drink responsibly.

HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated or whose behavior creates a safety concern.

9. Guest Conduct

Clients are responsible for the behavior of all guests attending their event.

HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate.

Removal from the event does not entitle the Client or guest to a refund.

10. Decorations & Outside Vendors

Outside vendors, decorations, entertainment, or equipment must receive prior approval from HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC.

Certain decorations, equipment, or installations may not be permitted due to venue restrictions or safety requirements.

11. Damages

The Client accepts responsibility for any damage caused by themselves or their guests to the venue, furniture, equipment, décor, supplies, or property used during the event.

HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC reserves the right to charge the Client for repair or replacement costs resulting from such damage.

12. Photography & Videography

Photography, videography, and audio recording may occur during private events.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client grants HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC permission to capture and use photographs, videos, and recordings from the event for promotional, marketing, advertising, editorial, website, social media, and other business purposes without additional compensation.

If the Client requests that no promotional content be captured or published, this request must be submitted in writing before the event. HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC will make reasonable efforts to honor approved requests.

13. Intellectual Property

All event concepts, menus, recipes, décor concepts, branding, graphics, instructional materials, photographs, videos, and creative content developed by HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC remain the exclusive property of HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Limitation of Liability

Participation in HOUSE 1 OF 1 experiences is voluntary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the event.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific event giving rise to the claim.

15. Force Majeure

HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, utility failures, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, or similar events.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Any legal action relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in New York.

17. Acceptance

By submitting a deposit, making payment, signing a proposal, or otherwise confirming a private event booking with HOUSE 1 OF 1 LLC, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Private Event Agreement.
